Welcome to Labwala Heath. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, mobile application, and diagnostic services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access our services.

1. General Information

• The services provided include pathology, radiology, wellness testing, and health check-ups as per Indian regulatory standards.
  
  

• All services are rendered by certified medical professionals and technicians.
  
  

• Reports are provided within the stipulated timelines but may vary due to technical or medical conditions.
  
  

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to book tests. If under 18, consent from a parent/guardian is mandatory.
  
  

• Use of services is restricted to users within India.
  
  

3. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be scheduled via our website, app, phone, or at the diagnostic center.
  
  

• Payment for services can be made using cash, UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other RBI-authorized digital modes.
  
  

• We are compliant with RBI’s Payment Aggregator Guidelines and use authorized payment gateways with secure encryption (PCI DSS compliant).
  
  

• All payment data is handled securely and in accordance with RBI and Data Protection Laws.
  
  

• Advance payments are refundable only under cancellation terms defined in Section 6.
  
  

4. Reports and Confidentiality

• Test reports are accessible only to the patient or authorized representative.
  
  

• All medical data is protected under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  
  

• We comply with NABL, ICMR, and HIPAA-equivalent confidentiality standards for handling patient data.
  
  

• Reports are generally available within the timelines provided during booking but are subject to change due to clinical conditions or re-testing requirements.
  
  

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  
  

• No refunds are provided for tests already conducted or for late cancellations.
  
  

• Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  
  

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse the services, including but not limited to tampering with test results, impersonation, or fraudulent bookings.
  
  

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone found violating these Terms or engaging in illegal activity.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  
  

• Liability for service failure is limited to re-performing the test or refunding the applicable fee.
  
  

8. Changes to Services or Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
  
  

• We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
  
  

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
