• To initiate a refund request, please provide relevant documents or reports on email (care@labwalahealth.com) supporting your claim.

• For routine cases, any report comparisons beyond a 3-day period will not be entertained.

• In situations involving chronic diseases, an exception can be considered for report comparisons up to 15 days, subject to approval from our Quality team.

• Regarding thyroid-related matters, it's essential to note that TSH values can fluctuate due to factors such as the timing of sample collection and fasting status. Only significant variations in TSH levels will be taken into account for refund consideration.

• Any discrepancies in lipid profile results will not be eligible for refund consideration.

• In instances where there is a discrepancy in test results, a complimentary re-sample will be collected and sent to two partner labs for analysis. One sample will be directed to our partner lab, while the other will be forwarded to a standard lab. Should any variation in the results be detected, the entire test amount will be refunded.

• Please be aware that our quality team reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund requests.
